At Professional Makeup Hub, we want you to love your purchase. However, because our products are personal care items, we have a strict policy to ensure hygiene and safety for everyone.

1. Cancellations
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please WhatsApp us immediately at

After Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns (Defective Items Only)
Due to the nature of cosmetics, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "wrong shade choice."

Eligibility: We only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Timeline: You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

3. The "Unboxing Video" Rule
To help us verify your claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

Start the video before you open the courier bag.

The video must be continuous (no cuts or pauses).

Show the shipping label and the damage clearly.

Note: Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds
Approval: Once we review your unboxing video and approve the claim, your refund will be processed.

Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, It usually takes 7–10 business days for the money to show in your account.
