Product Representation: We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings; we are not responsible for such variations.

Strict Hygiene Policy: Cosmetics are personal care items. To maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "shade mismatch."

Defective/Damaged Goods: Returns are only accepted if the product is physically damaged upon arrival or is defective. This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for a defect, a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed outer courier bag is mandatory.

Pricing & Payments: All prices are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price due to technical errors.

Order Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order to prevent unauthorized reselling.

Shipping Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days. Delays caused by courier partners or natural disasters are beyond our direct control.

Accuracy of Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
